Four fountain spa, Jazz salon, Pimpri - Zero star, pathetic services, no proper communication. No commitments for customers. Since last 8 months, their salon services are not available on regular basis. They do fake promises that it will start, already started but no staff available, staff is on leave. They give whatever reasons. I have my membership from last many years and it was good before the management changed. I renewed my membership in Feb2023 and management changed in later month. They are not giving any salon services also not returning my balance amount. Worst experience in this week, that they booked my salon services for hair cut & colour, called me to remind for the appointment time and when I reached there they said that no staff is available for these services. Someone else booked it and no note left. That was really frustrating. I will now file a complaint in consumer court against them.I don't want any services, just return my balanced amount.
Absolutely an experience. Words less said Is best as I am Way too relaxed after my Massage to type.I had a great massage at the spa.Products they used had a nice scent and the rooms were soothing and relaxing with very comfortable beds and relaxing music. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
