Area Operations Manager

Role Overview

Manage multi-centre operational excellence, service quality audits, staff retention, and financial performance across Four Fountains Spa outlets.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Conduct regular surprise audits on hygiene, therapy protocols, and customer experience standards.
• Oversee centre P&L, expense optimization, and membership growth across assigned regional spas.
• Coordinate recruitment drives, on-ground training compliance, and centre head appraisals.
• Drive marketing campaigns and corporate tie-ups at the regional city level.

Candidate Qualifications & Skills

• Demonstrated multi-unit management experience in wellness, luxury retail, or hospitality chains.
• Strong commercial acumen, budget oversight, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel locally between city outlets.
