Guest Relationship Executive (Front Desk)

Role Overview

Serve as the welcoming face and voice of Four Fountains Spa, guiding guests through therapy consultations, appointment coordination, and membership enrollments.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Warmly receive guests, provide refreshing welcome herbal teas, and guide them through consultation forms.
• Explain the health benefits of various therapies, packages, and membership tiers clearly.
• Manage appointment bookings via phone, walk-ins, and website inquiry leads.
• Coordinate smooth room allocation between guests and therapists.
• Process payments, membership OTP redemptions, and daily cash closing reports.

Candidate Qualifications & Skills

• Pleasing personality with fluent verbal and written communication in English and regional languages.
• Prior experience in customer relationship, retail salon, hotel front desk, or airline customer service.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, billing software, email correspondence).
• Polite, empathetic, and attentive attitude toward guest wellness.
