Role Overview

Provide clinical posture evaluations, pain assessments, and customized therapy recommendations for guests seeking relief from stress, backache, and muscular tension.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Conduct non-invasive posture, ergonomic, and muscular stress evaluations for guests.
• Design tailored wellness therapy courses combining deep tissue release, stretching, and pain-relief therapies.
• Train spa therapists on anatomical trigger points, safe body mechanics, and ergonomic postures.
• Educate clients on home stretching exercises, desk posture, and preventive wellness habits.

Candidate Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized university.
• 2+ years experience in clinical physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, or premium wellness centres.
• Excellent client consultation skills with empathetic communication.
• Strong passion for holistic wellness and scientific massage therapies.
