Spa Centre Manager

Role Overview

Lead the daily operations, guest satisfaction, therapist team, and revenue targets of a premier Four Fountains De-Stress Spa centre.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations, front desk activities, therapist duty rosters, and room turnarounds.
• Ensure 100% adherence to Four Fountains standard operating procedures (SOPs), cleanliness, and safety protocols.
• Drive centre revenue growth through prepaid membership sales, repeat bookings, and retail wellness products.
• Handle guest feedback, escalations, and online reviews promptly with care and professionalism.
• Manage linen management, inventory levels, therapist performance appraisals, and cash audits.

Candidate Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years experience as a Spa Manager, Assistant Manager, or Hospitality Operations Lead.
• Strong team leadership, roster planning, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems, billing workflows, and appointment scheduling software.
