Spa Therapist (Male & Female)

Role Overview

We are looking for skilled, courteous, and dedicated Spa Therapists to deliver our signature therapeutic massages, body scrubs, facials, and wellness rituals following standardized scientific protocols.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Deliver therapeutic body massages including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and Ayurvedic therapies.
• Adhere strictly to same-gender therapy protocols (male therapists for male guests, female therapists for female guests).
• Maintain highest standards of hygiene, bed linen preparation, and room sanitization before and after every treatment.
• Consult warmly with guests regarding pressure preferences and focus areas to ensure complete comfort.
• Participate actively in ongoing skill upgradation and product training workshops.

Candidate Qualifications & Skills

• Certified diploma or degree in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Naturopathy, or Physiotherapy.
• 1+ years of professional hands-on experience in a reputed day spa, hotel wellness centre, or resort.
• Deep understanding of hygiene, human anatomy, pressure points, and guest privacy.
• Polite demeanor, punctuality, and commitment to the healing arts.
